First Look At Boise State’s New Baseball Uniforms

Back on April 18th it was announced that the Boise State athletic department would be dropping their wrestling program to pursue baseball at the University with the news earlier this year that Boise would be getting a new downtown baseball stadium.

On Wednesday we got our first look at the new threads the team will be sporting in their inaugural season.

It appears that the primary home uniforms will be a pinstripe set, marginally similar to the ones the New York Yankees wear with the word “Broncos” across the chest but with numbers offset on the ribs. The primary road threads look to be all-grey with the same wording and number placement but “Broncos” is replaced instead by “Boise State.”

The set of alternate uniforms look to be very bright colored versions in both blue and orange flavors.

Also included in the inaugural rendition of Boise State’s uniform set are two different classic uniforms, one a white and the other a cream version. The first has blue accents with “BRONCOS” written big and bold across the chest with a bit of a curve and the second has both blue and orange accents with the player number again offset on the ribs as seen in the primary uniform.

Also released were six different ball caps for the baseball team, five with the Bronco-head logo prominent on the front of the cap. The primary hat is all blue. There is also a blue, orange, and white pin-wheel cap, a blue cap with an orange brim, a black cap with a blue brim, and a white cap with a blue brim. The final cap would appear to match the two classic uniforms mentioned above with a white bold “B” highlighting a solid blue ball-cap.
